Return and Refund Policy

How do I return my product on sunsetbedding.com?

The following information is specific to purchases made directly through Sunsetbedding.com. For purchases made through any other retailer or website, please reach out directly to that retailer for return eligibility and options. 

Sunsetbedding.com’s 30-Night Sleep Trial 

We understand it can take time to decide if a product is right for you, which is why we offer an at-home trial on all Sunsetbedding.com products. Our 30-Night Sleep Trial starts on the date of delivery.

We encourage giving your mattress a month of use for your body to adjust to the new feel and for it to break in. During this time the foam will become less stiff. While waiting a month is encouraged, this break-in period can vary from person to person.

Products that are not a good fit can be returned for a full refund within 45 days from delivery date, so you can rest assured you won't be stuck with something you don’t love! 

How Returns Work 

Our return process varies depending on two main factors:

  1. If the product is unopened
  2. If the product has been used

When an item is still in its original packaging and has not been used, we can arrange return shipping or pickup. We will send you a prepaid FedEx shipping label to ship the item back to us.

When an item has been opened or used, we encourage donation and there are many organizations around the country who accept our gently used products. If you determine your product is not a good fit, and decide to return, please contact customer service at (801) 978-0060. We work to ensure a smooth return experience and will provide the best next steps.  

Refunds

Refunds are issued back to the original form of payment once we receive confirmation that the return shipment or pickup has been completed. Please allow 10-14 business days for refunds to be processed by your financial institution. 

Non-Sunsetbedding.com Orders  

Please note: if you did not purchase directly through Sunsetbedding.com, your return will need to be completed through your original retailer. If you have the receipt from your purchase, there should be contact information listed for the appropriate retailer. They will be able to discuss their specific terms and provide you with any other information you would need. 

If the retailer you purchased from has gone out of business, there will likely be no active return/exchange policy. You can certainly try contacting the corporate number for the retailer you purchased from if they are still available, but if not, the mattress is considered a final sale.
